This notice explains how Devoku uses cookies and similar browser storage in the web
app and PWA. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

Summary

Devoku uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage required to sign
you in and run the app. Devoku does not use advertising cookies or third-party
tracking cookies, and the apps do not include third-party advertising or analytics
SDKs.

What we use and why

Type Example Purpose Category
Session cookie ory_kratos_session (set by our identity system) Keep you signed in Strictly necessary
Local storage Session/refresh tokens, user ID, email, display name, avatar URL, profile color, device ID/name Maintain your session and app state on your device Strictly necessary
Session storage Cloud account-home URL, home token, runtime origin Route requests to your cloud/runtime Strictly necessary

Because these are strictly necessary to provide a service you actively request,
they generally do not require prior consent under EU rules; however, confirm your
final cookie inventory with counsel.

Optional/analytics cookies

Devoku currently does not set analytics or advertising cookies. An optional
analytics/telemetry category exists in your account settings and is off by
default
. If analytics is introduced in the future, it will be consent-based,
and this notice and the consent controls will be updated accordingly.

Managing cookies and storage

You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking strictly
necessary cookies/storage will prevent sign-in and core functionality from working.
