What file formats are supported?

Devoku Parquet supports Apache Parquet files (.parquet extension).

How do I open a file?

Simply drag and drop a .parquet file onto the app window, or use File > Open from the menu bar.

Why does the app need network access?

On first launch, the app downloads the DuckDB WebAssembly runtime from official servers. Your data files are never transmitted over the network.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. All file processing happens locally on your Mac. Your data never leaves your computer. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does it work on Apple Silicon Macs?

Yes. Devoku Parquet is a Universal app that runs natively on both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) Macs.

What is the minimum macOS version required?

Devoku Parquet requires macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later.

The app won't open my file. What should I do?

Ensure the file has a .parquet extension and is a valid Apache Parquet file. If the issue persists, please contact us with details about the file and the error you see.

How do I resize columns?

Drag the border between column headers to adjust their width.

How do I view the full content of a cell?

Double-click any cell to open a popup displaying its full content.
