By downloading, installing, or using Devoku Parquet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Coded,UAB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and the Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
Devoku Parquet is a desktop application for macOS that allows users to view and explore Apache Parquet files. The App processes all data locally on your device.

The App, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Coded,UAB and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coded,UAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. The App does not collect or transmit any personal data.
We may from time to time issue updates to the App. These updates may be required for you to continue using the App. We may also modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
