This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when
using the Devoku Service. It is part of, and incorporated into, the
Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given
in the Terms. This AUP applies to you and to everything done through your account,
including the actions of the AI agents you create, configure, schedule, or authorize.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your use
of the Service — and the workloads, code, and content produced or executed by your AI
agents and on your virtual machines ("VMs") — complies with this AUP and applicable
law. "The agent did it" is not a defense: agent actions you enable are your actions.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service, or enable an AI agent or VM to:

2.1 Illegal and harmful conduct

2.2 Security and platform abuse

2.3 Cloud/VM and infrastructure abuse

2.4 AI-specific misuse

2.5 Misuse of others' services and keys

3. Cloud virtual machines and root access

VMs — especially those provisioned with SSH root access on paid tiers — carry
additional responsibilities:

4. Monitoring and enforcement

We do not routinely monitor the content you process, but we may investigate suspected
violations and monitor for abuse to protect the platform, our users, and third parties.
If we believe this AUP or the Terms have been violated, we may, with or without notice as
appropriate to the severity:

We will try to give notice where practicable, but may act immediately for severe,
ongoing, or legally required cases (for example, CSAM, active attacks, or provider
takedown demands).

5. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, suspected security issues, or abusive activity,
contact abuse@devoku.com. Please include enough detail (such as URLs,
timestamps, account or VM identifiers, and a description) for us to investigate.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as
described in the Terms. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance.
